Unable to see document collaborators that are not signed in
Just started today, I can’t see anyone that’s on the board unless it’s a signed in user. Cannot see visitors.

Lucidchart’s real-time collaboration is primarily built around signed-in users.
- People without a Lucid account can still access content through published links or certain guest/anonymous flows, but their capabilities and how they appear (cursors/presence) are more limited than fully signed-in collaborators.
Because of those limitations, visitors who are not signed in may not appear in the participant list or show a named cursor in the same way as regular users.
