Hi

I am unable to save document on Lucidchart. It always shows as saved offline and updates are never reflected. Getting this whenever trying to save: We're having trouble saving your recent changes. Please check your internet connection and visit our troubleshooting article if this error persists. Tried creating new document as well and facing same issue. Please suggest how to troubleshoot and get this resolved. Thank you

Hi Sandeep 

Given the it is affecting all documents I would doublecheck this is not browser related. Have you tried another browser and an incognito or private window?
