I downloaded lucidspark on my phone (iphone). I have a suite user access to lucidspark, however when I try to enter my organization email, I am redirected to this page. Please let me know how to resolve this issue.

The issue you're encountering is related to the Lucidspark app's accessibility policy for mobile devices. Currently, the Lucidspark mobile app is only available for Team and Enterprise users. Individual and Free users, as well as some Suite users without specific team or enterprise licenses, are restricted from using the standalone Lucidspark app on mobile.

Steps to Resolve:

  1. Verify Your License Type:

    • Confirm with your organization's administrator if your Lucid Suite license includes Team or Enterprise access for Lucidspark. Your account may need to be upgraded or adjusted to access the mobile app.
  2. Access Lucidspark via Mobile Browser:

    • Since Lucidspark mobile functionality is restricted for certain users in the app, you can still access it through a mobile browser:
      • Open Safari or Chrome on your iPhone.
      • Go to the Lucidspark website (https://lucid.app/lucidspark).
      • Log in using your organization email and credentials.
    • The browser version offers nearly full functionality and is accessible regardless of your license type.
  3. Contact Your Organization Admin:

    • If you believe your account should have access to the mobile app based on your Suite user status, reach out to your organization’s admin to confirm and, if necessary, adjust your account settings.
  4. Lucid Support Assistance:

    • If the issue persists, contact Lucid Support directly via their help center here: Submit a request – Lucid. Provide details about your account type, organization email, and the error message you’re encountering. They can clarify licensing terms and assist further.
