I'm unable to login through the word or powerpoint plugin. My consistently get errored out stating the my login credentials are incorrect. Why? I'm able to login in to lucidchart web access.

Thanks for reaching out on the Community. I am seeing that you are integrated with Microsoft so you should not be experiencing these problems. Good news though I think I have some troubleshooting steps that should reserve your issue!
- Try unlinking your Microsoft account by logging into your Account Settings and clicking on Microsoft on the left-hand menu. You'll then want to click on the green 'Unlink Account' button.
- You'll then want to clear your cache and cookies log back in and link your Microsoft account again.
