Hello

I have a diagram that will download as PNG at 150ppi but not 300ppi. The export pops up to say it is processing but then shows an error message. I have attempted to copy the document but the same error occurs. I have no problems on any other diagram. I have not shared the support PIN in this post as it is not clear whether it is a secure conversation or posted to a community group.

It is titled ‘Our Dorset Dr Doctor & NHS App Architecture’ in my document store.

Thanks

Hi @Grazal, thank you for posting in the community and sorry to hear you’re having trouble exporting your document. There are a few specific things worth noting when working with exporting your document:

  • Try the export in a Chrome Incognito browsing session. This often improves performance by clearing your cache and cookies and disabling your extensions.
  • Sometimes issues like this can be related to internet connection speed or network security. Please try the export again on another network, ensuring that you are on a strong, stable connection.

If the error message persists, can you send a screenshot of the issue and a support pin? This will allow me to take a closer look at the issue you’re experiencing. For more information on generating a Support PIN, check out this Help Center article. This Support PIN doesn’t allow anyone but Lucid Support to take a look at your document, so you are safe to post it here. You are also welcome to share the pin with me in a DM.

I hope this helps. Feel free to let me know if you have any questions!

Final fix was to automatically fit the canvas. Then the higher quality export worked fine. Thanks for your advice though.
