Unable to adjust swimlane height

I am collaborating on a LucidChart and need to increase the height of a swim lane (1 out of 6) because it is getting too crowded with all the flowchart symbols. I followed the instructions to find the Assisted Layout toggle but it is not appearing. I have not selected anything else in the swim lane (apparently a common mistake) and I have only selected the outer line of the “pool”. What else could be issue?

Hi ​@Lisette P., thank you for posting in the community! To confirm, are you following the steps outlined in this Help Center article to enable Assisted Layout? If the issue still persists, would you mind sharing a screenshot of what you see in the right contextual panel when you select?

I’ve also included an example of what I see on my end when selecting a swim lane:

Hi ​@Leianne C , thank you for responding! Please see the screenshot below of what I see. 

I did try on a second page with a new swim lane/pool and it did appear (for clarity, I did not create the original swim lane I am working on).

Hi ​@Lisette P., thanks for sharing the screenshot. It sounds like the original swim lane was likely created before assisted layout became available. 

Could you share a temporary Document Support PIN for this document? This will help me take a closer look at what’s going on.
