Hi, I am new to Lucidspark and am trying to use the Timelines function.  By default the timeline shows in days, however whenever I click on Weeks or Months my board freezes and I need to refresh it.

Hi @ldsedg, thanks for posting in the Lucid Community! Could you try opening your document in a private or incognito window to help us narrow down the potential cause? Could you also try connecting to a different network or disconnecting from your VPN (if applicable)? Sometimes account performance issues can be related to internet security/speed or browser issues. These steps will help us eliminate that possibility. For help with opening an incognito window, please see this community post (in English). I appreciate your help and patience!

Still happening sorry in Incognito and a different network.  I am using the Chrome browser with the latest update.

Hi @ldsedg, thank you for trying those steps! Can you please share a temporary Support PIN for this document? This will allow me to take a closer look at the issue you’re experiencing. For more information on generating a Support PIN, check out this Help Center article.

Hi @ldsedg, after taking a look at your document, I was able to see the same freezing behavior with your timeline. However, I was able to use months in a Timeline in a new document without having it freeze up. Would you mind copying and pasting your timeline into a new document to see if the issue persists?

Hi Amelia, yes that is working in a new document.

I’m glad to hear that, @ldsedg! Occasionally, we see document-specific issues like this. I’m not sure what would’ve caused that, but I will pass that onto our development team so they are aware. Please let me know if you have any further questions!
