+1I have created a dashboard to collaborate with my team members, most of them had no issue accessing it but there is one who can only view.
I understand that new accounts have access to edit up to 5 charts, this person has never edited a chart before.
What might be the problem? (we are only 3 ppl at the moment with access to the chart)

Thanks for posting in the Lucid Community! It seems like you are trying to use our Guest Collaborator feature, which is only available in Lucidspark, not Lucidchart. A limited-access user can be a Guest collaborator on up to 5 boards per year. For more information, please review our Guest Collaborator help center article.
