I have set up four custom tags in Lucid Chart/Spark and tagged c. 50 shapes with these. I copied the shapes into a breakout board yesterday and the tags appeared correctly. I then grouped these into different containers. Today all of the shapes are showing in the board in the containers but the tags have gone. The tags are still on the original shapes in the Lucid Chart/Spark, but I want them in the breakout board too. I am working between Lucid Chart and Spark on the main document.
There is another possible solution. Have you tried turning on or off WebGL without VPN? That can sometimes affect how things appear.
There might also be issues with the browser. Do you mind reading through and seeing if any of these could be the cause of what you are experiencing?
- What browser are you using? Lucid is optimized for Google Chrome, so if you haven't already, please try the feature in that browser to see if it resolves the issue.
- Also, try opening your board in a Chrome Incognito browsing session. This often improves performance by clearing your cache and cookies and disabling your extensions.
Please let me know if the issue persists or if you have any questions!
Thanks
My original post could have been clearer - the main board is in Lucidspark along with the breakout board, I am using the toggle “Edit in Lucidchart” and using this to switch to and from spark and chart where I need to use Lucidchart functionality.
I was originally using Edge browser. I have opened in Chrome (regular and incognito) and unfortunately the tags are still not showing. I think it is something on the Lucid side because the board no longer remembers the custom tags from the main document.
Hi
In order for me to have a closer look at the problem you are experiencing,
Cheers!
