I’m using lucidchart macro on confluence but the switch LucidChart Accounts option available at bottom left corner doesn’t work. I want to use a different account on confluence. I selected a different one by mistake. Please help on this.

Thanks for posting in the Lucid Community! Could you try the following steps to connect Confluence to the correct Lucid account?

  1. Log in to your Lucid account that is currently incorrectly linked to Confluence.
  2. Go to the External Applications page under account settings
  3. Check the box next to 'Confluence' and then click the 'Remove' button. This will disconnect the account
  4. To re-establish the correct connection, logout of Lucid. You will then need to insert any diagram into a Confluence page. When prompted to log into Lucid, make sure you are logging in with the email associated with your organization's Lucid account (not the email you logged in with in step 1) that is linked to the Confluence account you are attempting to link to.

Please let me know if this does not solve the issue.
