Storage Limit

I purchased a Lucidchart account (individual plan) for my project and it worked great. This year I just repurchased it, and it’s telling me it won’t save anything and I’ve used up all my storage. I deleted everything in the trash, and I’m worried it won’t save and I need to add/make changes. How do I fix this since I already upgraded?
