I am a Lucid.app user. Very confused with how the "delete" works. No storage was released free up after month. Is this a new trend to wait for > weeks or when the storage is free up exactly?

Have been deleting more files but storage still choked.

Hi Ken thanks for posting in the community! I'm for the trouble you are having with account storage and would love to take a closer look. As this is an account specific issue 
I've gone ahead and created a support ticket and will be reaching out to you via email. 

For anyone else with a similar issue please note that it generally should take 7 days for deleted documents to be removed from your trash and free up storage. If you are experiencing something else please contact our team using this form
