I want to show the timer on a lucidchart and was able to display the same when I went fullscreen on Lucid, this has now changed and if I switch to fullscreen I cannot see the timer. ? Any suggestion

They already got back to me and turns out this is a bug. The report has been filed and I don’t have an ETA on a fix, but I will follow up when I get an ETA or if it is resolved. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and I apologize for the inconvenience!
