Some of my charts are missing

Some of my charts are missing. They disapeared when my annual subscription expired last year. I hoped this would be resolved on its own when I renewed my subscription, but unfortunately they are still gone.

Could you please help me retrieve them. I have pdf exports on my computer, but don’t have editable original charts. At least two large diagrams are gone.

Hi ​@Vlada, thank you for posting in the community! Can you double check that you're in the correct account? Sometimes users will use single sign on while signed into a different email account, which can produce errors. I suggest that you make sure you've checked any and all Lucid accounts that might be under your email address(es). 

It is also easy to accidentally delete documents. Could you please check that the documents aren’t in your trash? If the document is in the trash, check out this Community post
