is it possible to see an ‘audit trail’ of authors on a post it? I understand it’s supposed to show the last person who edited the post it, but I’ve found this glitches in the sense if i move the post it, at time my name will show up as the author (when i didn’t technically edit the text in the post it). If I’m facilitating a meeting, I need to constantly move, change colors, etc of a post it while still keeping the original author.

Hi @rvassilatos

There is no such provisioning of comprehensive audit trail for individual post it notes.

I recall that this topic has already been discussed within our community, and the suggestions and feedback shared have been converted into ideas that are currently being considered for future enhancements, with plans to be implemented in the near future -

Lets wait for Lucid Representatives to confirm that for us out here.

Hope this helps - Happy to help further!!
Thank you very much and have a great one!
Warm regards

Hi @rvassilatos, thanks for posting this question! @Humas1985 is correct in that a specific audit trail feature is not currently available. If you would like to leave your feedback, please do not hesitate to create an idea that will go into the Product Feedback section of the community! I can certainly see how that would be a helpful feature and understand the benefit to your use case.

I do want to mention the current available features in case it is helpful for others. In Lucidchart and Lucidspark, you can show authors on sticky notes or add a color legend to your view, both of which may be helpful to keep track of sticky note authors.

To show authors on sticky notes in Lucidchart -

To show authors on sticky notes in Lucidspark -
