Sharing access to document

I have a personal account and want to share my org chart with people. However even though they log-in and I select watch they are not able to click open the different persons of mij organogram. 

 

What do I need to change to make sure everyone can watch the org chart when logging in with the link I send them and to then make sure they can click open all of the things persons below the management. 

 

When I share the watch link with someone right now they can only see a static version of my chart instead of a dynamic version. 

 

What do I need to do?

Utilize Lucidchart's 'Share' feature as shown below and grant invited users 'View' access to enable interactive viewing without editing capabilities.

 

Click on the Manage to see - what level of access you are offering.

This is exactly how I shared it with some colleagues but unfortunately it doesn’t seem to work, they can only see a static organogram. I have tried a lot of different ways to accomplish it but I don’t know what I can try more. 

Do you have another solution?
