Shape limit in Lucidchart

Question

I have a free account and after I used 12 shapes - I no longer have access to

more shapes without upgrading to a paid version. A free account includes 60 shapes,

Does anyone know why I would be limited to 12?

Hi@moneeka,Thank you for posting in the community! The 60 object limit also applies to shapes and also lines. To see how many objects you have in a document use the keyboard shortcutCtrl/Cmd + Ato select all objects on your canvas, then click thePage Insightsbutton in the bottom right of the editor.
