I have a free account and after I used 12 shapes - I no longer have access to
more shapes without upgrading to a paid version. A free account includes 60 shapes,
Does anyone know why I would be limited to 12?

Thank you for posting in the community! The 60 object limit also applies to shapes and also lines. To see how many objects you have in a document use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl/Cmd + A to select all objects on your canvas, then click the Page Insights button in the bottom right of the editor.
