I'm trying to change the color of an Internet cloud shape but when I select the cloud it greys out the fill color option. Any ideas?

Hi Cesar
Are you trying to edit the color of a shape from the Cisco shape library? These shape colors cannot be changed because blue is the default for that Visio stencil. Sorry if this causes any inconveniences. Alternatively you could try to use a regular cloud shape not from the Cisco library.
