Selecting Objects Unresponsive / Latency

Thanks for posting in the Community! Account performance issues like this are often related to browser or network interference. As a first step could you try opening your document and testing the selection of objects in a private or incognito window? This will clear your cache and cookies and disable any extensions that could be interfering with your account.

Could you also try connecting to a different network? This step will help us rule out any internet security / speed issues. 

If those don’t resolve the problem can you please send the following information:

• Is this issue occurring to a single document? 
• What's the browser and version you are using?
• Does the issue persist in a different browser? 
• A screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output after reproducing the issue. You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+J (if your computer is a Windows/Linux) OR Cmd+Opt+J (if your computer is a Mac).
