Resizing images within an Org Chart is not currently supported in Lucidchart. As a workaround I recommend cropping/editing the photos as desired before uploading them into Lucidchart.
If this is a feature you would like to see in the future please add your idea to our product feedback space. Ideas discussed here are passed on directly to the product development team and can help shape future roadmaps!
