Can the photo inside an employee data shape be resized to match the size of the shape?

Hi Nick thanks for your post! To clarify are you working with org chart shapes and using employee images? If so it's not possible to manually resize them. The org chart tool allows you to manually change the location and style of the image using the options in the Layout tab under Shape Style. I've shown all three of these in the screenshot below:
