Repository approval email notifications

Notifications section now has 2 extra items covering the repo approval process.  The Teams notification has been enabled automatically, but I can’t enable either Lucid or Email for either of them.

@Astrid_G does your team use Microsoft Outlook? Do the Lucid settings know your email address? It is odd that you have Lucid but can’t get notifications within Lucid. That sounds like a bug. If your team has paid for Lucid support, please submit a ticket to our Product Support team.

@aparrish yes, we use Outlook and we have an Enterprise license, which I believe means we get paid support.  other notifications do go to Outlook as expected.  
I have created a support ticket, thought couldnt work out how to link it here.
