If the user has a Free license, then can that user “Share” the Diagrams to other user in the company who has Free or Enterprise license ?

All users have the ability to share diagrams, I would recommend referring to our Share with collaborators article from the Lucid Help Center for more information about the set up or intended functionality.. Please note, some Enterprise accounts will not allow sharable links to be generated for those outside of the account. Let me know if you have any further questions!
