Hello,

I am inquiring about the privacy aspects of LucidCharts. If i share a link, woulc it direct a third-party user to the LucidChart that i am working on which has my account logged in?

Would they have access to all my information (i.e password, billing information)?

Thanks,
Zubayr

Hi @Zubayr Abdullahi

No, sharing a LucidChart link typically won't directly log someone into your account or give them access to your sensitive information like passwords or billing details

  • LucidChart links can be configured with different sharing permissions.
  • By default, they might be private and only accessible to users with whom you've explicitly shared the document all part of Sharing Permissions
  • LucidChart uses secure HTTPS connections to encrypt data transferred between your device and their servers. This scrambles information during transmission, making it difficult to intercept passwords or other sensitive details which make things clear on the Security Measures.
