Hi @trobertm, thank you for posting in the community! Would you mind confirming if you clicked ‘Sync Visibility’ for the layers you’d like to display? 

You should be able to print just the layers you’d like to display by first toggling the ones you’d like ON and clicking ‘Sync Visibility’ - this feature is typically used to set the starting view of the document.

If that isn’t what you are looking for, I’d suggest trying the workaround in the post @Humas1985 shared.
