I recently discovered the timeline Jira integration, which is amazing, but I have one weird little issue. We use “desired start date” and “desired end date” as our date fields (no idea why, I didn’t set it up). I’m able to map that to the timeline view and move tickets around in there to dynamically adjust the start and end dates on the Jira tickets, and it’s awesome, except that it usually moves everything back 1 day from where I put it. So, if I put a ticket to start on 10/2 and ending 10/16, it will do the spinning animation for a while and then the ticket moves back to 10/1-10/15. The only way to fix it is to manually drag the beginning and end of the ticket manually, one at a time, which is a little annoying.

@Zach Hodges you have two options here: You can either repost this to Product feedback so that your recommendation can be upvoted for the next iteration of Lucid or you can submit a ticket to staff members since you said this is a bug. I’d recommend submitting a ticket to our Product Support team if you want to attach a file (i.e., an image) to your request as proof of your issue to assist staff members.

Oh gosh, ok. So, I tried really hard to figure out where to file a bug, and this is where I was led. I thought it was weird and double checked, and figured this must be your system. So this is helpful, I’ll file it, but you might also want to pass the feedback to the web team that bug filing is essentially impossible to find! (unless that’s intended lol)

Hi @Zach Hodges, thank you for posting in the community and sorry for the trouble! To confirm, is this issue happening in a specific board or does it happen in all your Lucidspark boards? Does the same thing happen if you created a Lucid Card with dates and tried to move it along the timeline? This information will help us get a better understanding of the issue you are experiencing.

Thank you for your help and patience. Please let us know if you have any questions!
