Hello all!

I have a rather large business process flow built in Lucid that I am trying to insert into a deck built Google Slides. Instead of showing the full flow in the deck I would like to just show bits and pieces as teasers and link the images directly to the Lucidchart where it can be viewed in full size.

My problem is that regardless of the type of export I choose either the quality of the output is unacceptable or the export simply fails. I have already tried the following things:

  • Turned off infinite canvas (the export quality was awful with that)
  • Tried exporting in JPG and PNG too (160 and 300dpi)
  • Tried content scaling (100% - awful quality, 200% awful quality, 500% - fails to export)

Can someone point out a possible workaround to this solution which scales (quite literally, but also in a way that I do not need to push the export through 3 different third-party tools and spend 30 minutes doing so to get acceptable results).

Thanks in advance,
A

Hi @Andras, thank you for posting in the community and sorry to hear you’re having trouble with exporting your document! To confirm, are you choosing to manually crop to sections of your diagram when exporting?

Would you mind sharing a temporary Support PIN for this document? This will allow me to take a closer look at the issue you’re experiencing. For more information on generating a Support PIN, check out this Help Center article. This Support PIN doesn’t allow anyone but Lucid Support to take a look at your document, so you are safe to post it here.

Thank you for your help. Please feel free to let us know if you have any questions!
