Pasting text on line text field

Hi @WAllbright

If you're experiencing issues with pasting text into a textbox, here are a few troubleshooting steps that might help resolve the issue:

1. Check Browser Permissions: Ensure that your browser allows clipboard access. Some browsers may restrict access to the clipboard for security reasons. You might need to check your browser settings to ensure that Lucidchart has permission to access the clipboard.

2. Update Browser: Make sure that your browser is up to date. An outdated browser can lead to compatibility issues with web applications like Lucidchart.

3. Clear Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, clearing your browser's cache and cookies can solve unexpected behavior in web applications.

4. Try a Different Browser: If the issue persists, try accessing Lucidchart using a different browser to see if the problem is related to the browser you are currently using.

5. Use Keyboard Shortcuts: Sometimes using keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl+C to copy and Ctrl+V to paste) can be more effective than right-clicking to paste, especially if browser settings interfere with right-click functionality.

6. Contact Support: If none of these steps work, consider reaching out to Lucidchart's support team. They can provide more specific guidance and support based on their system's functionalities and known issues. Get more information here: Get support – Lucid
