Org Chart template line attributes question

Hello

We would like to enquire how to change the attributes of the lines in a HR Org Chart template to be able to move the objects without changing the relationships between the individuals. . We looked at I believe pretty much all the related comments in the topic without success.

After importing the data we would like to move certain individuals/positions lower or higher in the diagram like it is done in the below chart:

Our ultimate plan is to reflect the management level of the employees as well as the reporting relationship in the same chart. Please see the below example as reference: there is a General Manager to whom there is the 1. Executive assistant (line employee level) the 2. Commercial Director (director level) and because of a vacancy the Asst production Manager (Manager level). If we import the related data we will have all the 1-2-3 employees on the same vertical level below the General Manager. What we would like is a differentiation underneath the General Manager in a way that vertically the Director level comes first after the General Director and the Manager level and finally the line employee level. Please let us know how to do it. The below picture shows what we would like to do ( move the shapes).

Thank you!
