Org Chart not saving

Question

Hi, new user and ran into a surprise problem I can’t fix.

I was able to import my excel file and create an org chart. That went great!

The issues is when I leave and come back the data is gone. I am not trying to link files. This is a static org chart I want to control when it is updated. I just want to save the chart I have made in Lucid so I don’t have to recreate it every time I want to see it. I am not trying to do anything complicated like dynamic linking to update automatically. I just want the chart to use the data I loaded.

As youhave noticed, a new page is created whenever you import data to create a new Org Chart in one document - you may recall seeing the following popup message:I’m glad to hear you were able to find your work in the page tabs.Please feel free to let us know if you have any additional questions - we are here to help!

I discovered the default page was showing whenever I opened the file, all my other pages were being stored as tabsalong the bottom of the window.
