Hi, new user and ran into a surprise problem I can’t fix.
I was able to import my excel file and create an org chart. That went great!
The issues is when I leave and come back the data is gone. I am not trying to link files. This is a static org chart I want to control when it is updated. I just want to save the chart I have made in Lucid so I don’t have to recreate it every time I want to see it. I am not trying to do anything complicated like dynamic linking to update automatically. I just want the chart to use the data I loaded.
