I am creating a org chart using data from excel and have a number of columns with a departmental hierarchy that rolls up to the top of the company. I wanted to leverage filter to see different cuts within the organization. However when I try to use filter the columns are not in the drop down list even though I can see them in the employee fields. Any idea why this would be the case?
