No option to delete my account

the articles did not help. I have a user that created a local account prior to requesting a license. She is unable to delete the account because there is no delete option. The Cancel your subscription page does not allow this to be removed. I have personally remoted with her and tried on 3 different web browsers. Here is a screenshot of what we are seeing. Please assist.
