Hola a todos, he realizado el pago mensual pero no termina de cargar ninguno de los proyectos abiertos, se queda la barra casi completada pero no termina de cargar, he probado en abrir nuevos y tampoco funciona.

Hola, me pasa lo mismo al querer acceder a un link de proyecto de lucidchart como adjunto en la imagen, ademas la pantalla se queda en blanco al querer ingresar a la pagina principal https://lucid.app/documents
Tengo macos y me sucede solamente en Chrome, reinicié navegador y computadora, borré caché pero no se suluciona. En safari por ejemplo me funciona.

Could you try opening your document in a private or incognito window to help us narrow down the potential cause? Could you also try connecting to a different network or disconnecting from your VPN (if applicable)? Sometimes account performance issues can be related to internet security/speed or browser issues. Hola Michelle, gracias por tu respuesta, realicé varias pruebas y todo parece indicar que el problema es generado por extensiones que tenia agregadas como Ublock y malwarebytes, las cuales uso como bloqueador de publicidad y para seguridad. Luego de un tiempo de haberlas desactivado Lucid vuelve a funcionar con normalidad. Muchas gracias.
