no access to the chart

Hi I have received an invitation to edit a chart but I don't have access to it and it returns me error that sorry you don't have access to this document.

Thanks for posting in the community. If you aren't able to access/edit the chart please reach out to the owner of the document and have them unshare and re-share it with you. I would also recommend double-checking that you are logged into the account associated with the email address that they have shared it with.

If neither of these troubleshooting steps resolve the issue please reach out to our support team here with the document URL and a screenshot of the error message you are getting so that we can take a closer look.
