Need help for Process Training Materials

I have several large swimlane diagrams that have 10 or so swimlanes with milestones. The teams would like to see a ‘zoomed in’ version of just their tasks but keep the milestones. Currently I copy out the chart to a new page for each swimlane and delete all the other lanes. However, if main diagram needs to change, I have to do the whole process again.

Presentations don’t work very well as I lose the milestones when I try to get just the steps for a single lane. Layers don’t help either. Does anyone have a better idea?

Although you did mention that layers don’t address the issue, I would recommend using layers in combination with hotspots and actions.
