Need help for Process Training Materials

I have several large swimlane diagrams that have 10 or so swimlanes with milestones. The teams would like to see a ‘zoomed in’ version of just their tasks but keep the milestones. Currently I copy out the chart to a new page for each swimlane and delete all the other lanes. However, if main diagram needs to change, I have to do the whole process again.

Presentations don’t work very well as I lose the milestones when I try to get just the steps for a single lane. Layers don’t help either. Does anyone have a better idea?

Although you did mention that layers don’t address the issue, I would recommend using layers in combination with hotspots and actions. This will create an interactive diagram that will allow teams to see information relevant to them. For more information on how to set this up, check out this community post:
