Qualquer objeto que você colocar na tela, incluindo linhas, conta para o seu limite de formas. Portanto, mesmo em um organograma com 30 caixas de funcionários, as 30 linhas que conectam essas caixas também são incluídas na contagem total de formas.

No entanto, se você acredita que este não é o caso, pode enviar um PIN de Suporte temporário para este documento? Isso me permitirá analisar mais detalhadamente o problema que você está enfrentando. Para mais informações sobre como gerar um PIN de Suporte, confira este artigo da Central de Ajuda.

Thanks for posting in the Lucid Community! It’s possible that there might be some confusion about how we count shapes. Any object you place on the canvas, including lines, counts toward your shape limit. So, even in an org chart with 30 employee boxes, the 30 lines that connect those boxes are also included in the total shape count.
