Hi 

 

I went to the document page and the diagram I created 2 days ago called “pakage diagram” is lost, dont know what’s happening….

Hi

I was working on a diagram and came back a few hours later and all of my documents were gone. All that I see are the shared diagrams. I had previous opened a ticket back on 11/19 and had not received any response from support.

Please help in restoring my documents.

Hi Amelia,

 

Thank you for your acknowledgement. The only email I received was only the automated response when I first submitted the ticket. No additional email ever received (nothing in the spam folder). I tried the helpful tips but no success.
