Hi, the Music on the Lucid Timer is not working for the other collaborators on the board. Only the person who starts the timer can hear the music.

I reviewed the help center article Set a timer – Lucid and something worth noting is that the Timer sound is not currently available in Safari or the Lucidspark App.
I’ve got a couple of questions that would help sort this out for you.
- Can you confirm whether or not your attendees were using Safari or the mobile application?
- Was it all attendees that were having the issue, or just some of them?
- If not, what desktop browser were they using?
- If you are not using Safari could you attempt this action again in an incognito browser?
- If you continue face this issue, could you share a screenshot?

The next time you try this with your colleagues, I suggest having everyone double-check that they have their volume on the time turned on. While it sounds simple, oftentimes, I’ve seen that people have their timer music muted as shown below, and it can be so easy to miss.
