I have not purchased yet, but if I do, will this allow multiple users to be able to edit the org chart?

The great news is that any account type can create an org chart in Lucid! (Though some specific features may not be available to every account type, such as refreshing or replacing a dataset)
For other users to edit your chart, you first need to share your org chart, and I recommend checking out this resource to learn how. For more details on exactly what sharing permissions are available for your specific account level, I recommend checking out the Share with collaborators article from the Lucid Help Center.
