Hello, I have two (2) facilities that run similar operations, and I need to create two (2) separate org charts that are under the same business.  Is there an easy way to create this where it shows the separate locations under the same executive management personnel?  I’m sure I’m overthinking this, but know the answer is out there somewhere.  Thank you in advance!

Hi @d_wright22

Thank you for posting in the Community! I apologize for the delayed response. If you want to display locations in an Org Chart, there are a few ways you can this!

You can import data into your Org Chart and when you set up the data (in Excel or Sheets) add a location column. For more insights on how to set up data for a data import, check out this Help Center article.

Once the data is imported you can display the Location field on the Org Chart shapes.

If you want to take it one more step further, you can use conditional formatting to better display employee locations. Here’s how to do this:

  1. Go to the conditional formatting tab on the right tool bar and create a new conditional formatting rule.

  2. Set the “If” section to be if Shape Data Location is equal to [Location], then apply icon.
  3. You can then upload a custom icon, in this scenario below, I uploaded an icon of the Australian flag.
  4. Click save.
