I have a paid personal account but talked my company into signing up for an enterprise account.  I needed to move my personal docs into the company account. I used the back up and restore feature.

From my personal account I backed up my files (downloaded a local .laf file) and then from my new company account, I restored all my files.

From my company account, I can see and open the files.  However, I do not have any editing permissions.

What can I do?

Hi @Robert_SD, thank you for posting in the community! If your admins have granted you a license, you should be able to edit the restored documents in your account.

Would you mind sharing a brief description or screenshot of any errors you see when opening the documents? This might help us take a closer look at the issue.

Please feel free to let us know if you’d prefer to move this conversation to a private support ticket -- we are here to help!

Yes, move to private so I can show screenshots from my account.
