Hi I have created a few large org charts with the person’s photos from saving the picture from Linkedin as copy image address. Now none of those pictures are showing up on my org charts. Lots of work lost. Can they be restored? This is very Frustrating. Thank you.

Thanks for your post, and so sorry for the frustration caused! Images uploaded to our org charts via URL must be from a public location or they won't display properly. Typically, LinkedIn image URLs are publicly accessible; however, LinkedIn occasionally updates their images’ URLs, which blocks Lucid access. This seems to be your case. Unfortunately, this is a restriction on LinkedIn's end as the URL also updates periodically and we can’t change that.
In order to work around this, I’d recommend one of these options:
- Upload the images from your device directly to Lucidchart. You can find the steps in our Org Chart Help Center article.
- Replace the link URLs from Linkedin with links from a fully public location.
