My account is currently tied to my google apps for business account... but we're migrating to MS 365.  How can I maintain access after the swap over?

Thanks for posting on the Community. After unlinking your Google apps or business account please try the following steps to enable Office 365 SSO:



  1. Log into your account.

  2. Place this URL in your address bar and hit enter. 

  3. Go to your Account settings.

  4. Go to "Microsoft" and link your account to Office 365.

  5. Make sure your Lucidchart email matches your Office 365 email. If it does not you can change your Lucidchart email in your Account Settings.


That's it. From then on you will be able to log in with the Office 365 SSO.
