The help pages suggest the only option for enabling MFA is to have an enterprise plan. Security is not an enterprise only concern & I’ll have to look at cancelling if I can’t have MFA for my work in Lucid Chart even though I am a paying customer. Is there an option for any type of MFA ?

 

The best answer would be FIDO2 support rather than TOTP or SMS

Hi ​@James Clifford, thanks for posting in the Lucid Community! For single-user and Team accounts, Lucid supports multi-factor authentication through SSO logins, including Google and O365. To set up one of these SSO options, simply choose that sign-in option here and authenticate using that SSO method. Please let me know if you have any further questions!
