Do admin account have master access to all files regardless of restrictions? If they do not is there an option to give an account this type of access? Thank you.

Thanks for posting in the Lucidchart Community! Administrators on a Team or Enterprise account should have access to see all files shared among the team or enterprise. This does not mean that an Administrator will have access to each individual user's documents - only those shared with the team or enterprise. On some enterprise accounts viewing and sharing permissions may be altered to fit the needs of the organization. To learn more about your specific team or enterprise's sharing and viewing permissions you can either reach out to the IT team within your organization or to a representative at Lucidchart!
