Hi! I’d recommend you to make the Private Mode part of the Team plan. Having brainstorming sessions and retrospectives is something every team does, and not only large organizations/enterprises. It makes little sense that starting and engaging in private mode sessions is split up on different plan levels, and also makes little sense that only Enterprise level users can start such sessions.

For others who may run into this post, for clarification- while only Enterprise users can start a private mode session, any level users can participate in a session.
