I am unable to use the magnet function. When I select a container in order to be able to lock the contents in it using the magnet the magnet function remains grey and does not activate. I have tried locking the container first I have tried not locking the container and trying the magnet first. Nothing works.

Thanks for posting in the Lucidchart Community. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. If the "Magnetize" button is greyed out this typically indicates that it is not supported for the specific shape in question. If you believe it should be working for the shape you're referencing as a first step would you mind opening your document in a Chrome Incognito window and check if the issue persists?


If it does persist would you mind specifying the name of the shape as well as posting a screenshot of the shape you're unable to magnetize and the greyed out "Magnetize" button? Thanks in advance!
