Our users are experiencing issues rendering Epics from Jira in Lucid Sparks. It keeps churning indefinitely. Oddly, it renders and loads quickly for every other issue type, but just not Epics. There is no configuration I can change on the Jira side, so I wanted to ask if anyone in the community has experienced this.

If the issue persists, Can you please share a screenshot of the Javascript console when the issue occurs? You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl + Shift + J (if your computer is a Windows / Linux) OR Cmd + Opt + J (if your computer is a Mac).
