Lucidchart published PDFs work intermittently

My team accesses a whiteboard from their phones many times in a day. For the past 2-3 days a published PDF (that has been operational for many months) is no longer readable via safari on iPhone. 

 

Publishing a new link works for a few hours and then encounters the same issue. The browser tries to download the pdf but the progress bar spins infinitely.

Hi ​@Kyle987, thank you for posting in the community! To confirm, is this only happening when you try to view the published PDF via Safari on iPhone? Have you tried other browsers? 

Are you able to view the PDF correctly on a desktop browser? This information will help us take a closer look at the issue on our end.

Hi there, 

When accessing the ludic pdf link, Windows+Edge browser downloads the pdf without issue. However the users do not have access to a computer to use this process. 

I have tried using Edge on iPhone but Edge attempts to download the pdf to a drive, whereas safari opens the pdf to view and is our preferred use. 

As of writing this, Edge on iPhone just downloaded a pdf that was 0kb in size. This file doesnt have any content. 

I want to point out that the team has been using the same pdf link for 3-4 years without issue, via Safari on iPhone, up until this week.

Hi ​@Kyle987, thank you for sharing that information! It looks like our engineers made some updates on the backend for published links. Would you mind confirming if the issue still persists for the published PDF link?
