Lucidchart notification in Slack is confusing/problematic
Recently in our Enterprise account, sharing a Lucidchart link in Slack triggers an automated post reading: “Hey, will you take a look at this Lucidchart document?”
Our primary concern is the wording: because it reads like an impersonation of the sender rather than a standard app notification, it creates confusion in our team threads where users have usually already provided context for the link. It also clutter feeds without an option to dismiss or opt out, like standard link previews allow.
Could you please consider adding an option to disable these posts, allow users to dismiss them, or update the text so it doesn't impersonate a user? I’d love to avoid disconnecting the Slack integration entirely. Thank you!
